Privacy policy
Last updated: 27 August 2026
This privacy policy explains what oleasf.com collects, why, and how you can get in touch. The site is a small editorial project publishing hotel and destination reviews.
Who we are
Oleasf operates oleasf.com. For privacy questions, email [email protected].
What we collect
When you email us or use the contact form. We receive your name, email address, topic, message, and basic technical data such as IP address. We keep that only as long as needed to reply and follow up.
Server logs. Our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time, and the pages requested. That is used for security, uptime, and diagnosing faults, not for building marketing profiles.
What we do not collect by default. There is no account system, no newsletter signup form, and no payment checkout on this site.
How we use information
We use personal information to answer messages you send us and to keep the website secure and working. We do not sell personal information. We do not pass it to advertisers for targeting.
Cookies and similar tech
The site is static HTML. We do not set our own tracking cookies. Your browser or network tools may still store ordinary technical data. If we add analytics or other tools later, we will update this page first.
Third parties
We rely on a web host to serve the site. Fonts may load from Google Fonts when you open a page. Those providers process connection data under their own policies. Links to hotels or other websites are outside our control.
How long we keep it
Email correspondence is kept while a conversation is active, then deleted when it is no longer needed. Server logs follow the host’s normal retention settings.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask us for a copy of personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email [email protected] and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
Children
The site is written for a general adult audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we will update the date at the top of this page.
